Ingredients

  • 1 lb of pork breakfast sausage
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup of heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup of sour cream
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a skillet, cook sausage until browned. Drain and set aside.

  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, sour cream, salt, and pepper.

  4. Grease a casserole dish and add cooked sausage to the bottom.

  5. Pour egg mixture over the sausage.

  6. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.

  7. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the eggs are set.

  8. Serve hot.
