  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup low-carb marinara sauce
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.

  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Add onion and bell pepper and cook until softened.

  3. Stir in marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  4. Spread beef mixture evenly in the baking dish and top with shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
