Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup low-carb marinara sauce
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
