How To Make Keto Cauliflower Casserole Recipe
This flavorful dish is a low-carb keto alternative to traditional casseroles.

Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Cut cauliflower into small florets and steam for 5-7 minutes until tender.

In a large mixing bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, paprika, and salt.
