Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Cut cauliflower into small florets and steam for 5-7 minutes until tender.

  3. In a large mixing bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, paprika, and salt.

  4. Add cauliflower to the mixing bowl and toss until coated in the spice mixture.

  5. Layer the cauliflower in a 9×13 inch baking dish.

  6. Pour heavy cream over the cauliflower and sprinkle with grated parmesan and cheddar cheese.

  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  8. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
