Ingredients
- 1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 and 1/4 cups milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- Butter and syrup for topping
Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and vanilla extract.

Gradually stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.

Fold in the blueberries gently.

Heat a non-stick griddle or skillet over medium-high heat.

Scoop batter by 1/4 cup and drop onto the griddle.
