How To Make IHOP Crepes Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and salt.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and melted butter.

  3. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, whisking until smooth.

  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and coat with cooking spray.

  5. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet and swirl to evenly coat the bottom of the pan.

  6. Cook for 1-2 minutes or until the edges begin to lift from the pan.

  7. Flip the crepe and cook for an additional 30 seconds to 1 minute.

  8. Repeat with remaining batter.

  9. Serve with your favorite toppings such as fruit, whipped cream, or Nutella.
