How To Make IHOP Omelette Recipe

Fluffy omelette filled with ham, cheese, and fresh veggies makes for a delicious breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced ham
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.

  2. Heat butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.

  3. Add ham, bell pepper, and onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until tender.

  4. Pour egg mixture over the sautéed veggies and sprinkle shredded cheese on top.

  5. Cook for 5-6 minutes until the omelette sets.

  6. Fold the omelette in half and serve hot.
