  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed

  1. In a large pot, cook the cubed potatoes in salted boiling water until tender.

  2. Drain the potatoes and transfer them into a large bowl.

  3. Add the butter, heavy cream, garlic powder, salt and pepper to the bowl.

  4. Using an electric mixer, mash the potatoes until they are creamy and fluffy.
