  • 1 1/2 cups Aunt Jemima Complete Pancake Mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat a griddle or non-stick pan over medium-high heat.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine pancake mix and water. Stir until smooth.

  3. Fold in blueberries gently, being careful not to overmix.

  4. Spray the griddle or pan with cooking spray.

  5. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the hot surface.

  6. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until bubbles form and the edges are set.

  7. Flip and cook an additional 1-2 minutes, until golden brown.

  8. Serve with butter and syrup.
