  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.

  2. In another bowl, whisk together eggs and melted butter, then add milk and vanilla extract.

  3. Combine the dry and wet ingredients and stir well.

  4. Let the batter rest for 5 minutes.

  5. Preheat your waffle iron and spray with cooking spray.

  6. Pour the batter into the waffle iron and cook for 3-5 minutes.

  7. Serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
