  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together garlic, parmesan cheese, almond flour, parsley, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  3. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray and place chicken breasts inside.
