How To Make Del Taco’s Quesadillas Recipe

A mouth-watering cheesy quesadilla recipe from Del Taco.

Ingredients

  • 4 large tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced green chilies
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan over medium heat.

  2. Add onions, tomatoes, and green chilies. Sauté for a minute and set aside.

  3. Take a tortilla and spread 1/4 cup of cheese on one half of it.

  4. Add 1/4th of the sautéed veggies on top of the cheese layer.

  5. Fold the other half of the tortilla over the top of the veggies and press down with a spatula.

  6. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.

  7. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a large non-stick pan over medium heat.

  8. Place each quesadilla in the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until crispy and golden.

  9. Cut quesadillas into quarters and serve.
