How To Make Del Taco’s Bean and Cheese Burritos
Delicious bean and cheese burritos filled with seasoned beans, freshly grated cheddar cheese and an array of spices.

Ingredients
- 8 medium flour tortillas
- 1 can (16 oz) of refried beans
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, freshly grated
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt, to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a medium bowl, mix together the refried beans, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt.

Take a tortilla and lay it on a flat surface. Spoon a small portion of the bean mixture and cheese in a line in the center of the tortilla.

Roll the sides of the tortilla towards the center and then roll the tortilla tightly from the bottom up.

Place the rolled tortilla seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Repeat with the remaining tortillas, bean mixture, and cheese.

Bake the burritos for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and slightly golden brown on top.

Serve with your favorite toppings such as lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and hot sauce.
