  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic, lemon juice, and dried dill.

  2. Add the chopped artichoke hearts, sliced black olives, and green onions to the bowl. Stir well to combine.

  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Serve the dip chilled with your favorite chips or crackers.
