- 2 large onions, sliced into rings
- 1 cup of chickpea flour
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp of baking powder
- 1/2 cup of water
- Oil for frying
Instructions

In a large bowl, mix together the chickpea flour, salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and baking powder.

Gradually add water to make a thick batter. Mix well to remove any lumps.

Heat oil in a deep frying pan.

Dip onion rings in the batter until fully coated.

Fry onion rings in hot oil until golden brown.
