How To Make Sardine and Tomato Bruschetta
A tasty Italian dish that combines sardines and tomatoes on top of crispy bread, perfect for a quick and easy appetizer.

Ingredients
- 8 slices of ciabatta bread
- 2 garlic cloves, halved
- 4 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 can of sardines, drained and mashed
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- salt and pepper to taste
- fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Place the bread slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.

Rub the garlic cloves onto the bread slices.

Bake in the oven for 5-7 minutes or until crispy.

In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed sardines and diced tomatoes.
