Ingredients

  • 3 lbs pork shoulder
  • 6 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.

  2. Season pork generously with salt and pepper.

  3. In a bowl, mix together minced garlic, paprika, and olive oil. Rub mixture onto the pork.

  4. Place pork in a roasting pan and pour white wine over the top.

  5. Cover pan with foil and roast for 3 hours.

  6. Remove foil and roast for an additional 30 minutes to crisp up the skin.

  7. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
