Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped cooked spinach
  • 1/2 cup chopped artichoke hearts
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, spinach, artichoke hearts, garlic, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

  4. Spoon the mixture into a baking dish and smooth the top.

  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly.

  6. Serve with chips, crackers or fresh vegetables.
