How To Make Bee’s Knees Cocktail
Sweet and easy, this bee’s knees cocktail is a blend of gin, fresh lemon juice, and honey syrup served over ice garnished with lemon peel.

For the Honey Syrup:
- ⅓cuphoney
- ⅔cuphot water
For the Cocktail:
- 2ozgin
- 1ozhoney syrup
- ¾ozfresh lemon juice
- ice
- lavender bitters,optional
- lemon peel,for garnish
Instructions

To make the syrup, combine honey and hot water. Stir until incorporated. The syrup can be refrigerated for up to a month or more.

Add the gin, 1 ounce of the honey syrup, and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake for about 30 seconds or until a frost forms on the shaker.

Put a single large ice cube into a cocktail or old-fashioned glass. Strain the drink into a glass and garnish it with lemon peel.
