
How To Make Double Chocolate Tart
This double chocolate tart is for hardcore chocolate lovers. The semisweet chocolate is added with bourbon biscuits to have that depth and oats for texture.

Ingredients
- ½lbdark baker’s chocolate,or semisweet
- 1cupheavy cream
- 1½cupsbourbon biscuit,chocolate sandwich cookies with chocolate cream
- 2tbspbutter,melted
- 1cupdigestive biscuit
- ½cupoats
- Nutella,optional
Instructions

Crush biscuits and oats and blend in a mixer. To this, add the melted butter.

Line tart tins with the biscuit mix and bake at 375 degrees F for 10 mins.

In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream. Add the chopped baking chocolate and take off the heat. Mix well until smooth.

Pour the ganache in tart tins and let cool in the fridge for 5 to 6 hrs.
