How To Make Dark Chocolate Raspberry Tart Recipe
A decadent chocolate tart adorned with fresh raspberries on a buttery crust.

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, chilled and diced
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup raspberry preserves
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
Instructions

In a food processor, pulse together flour and salt. Add diced butter and pulse until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Gradually add cold water and process until dough comes together.

Press dough onto bottom and sides of a 9-inch tart pan. Prick bottom of crust with a fork and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 375°F. Bake crust for 20-25 minutes or until lightly golden. Remove from oven and cool completely.

In a double boiler, melt chocolate chips and heavy cream until smooth. Remove from heat and cool slightly.

In a separate bowl, whisk together egg, granulated sugar, and raspberry preserves. Gradually stir in chocolate mixture until well-combined.

Pour chocolate mixture into cooled crust. Top with fresh raspberries.

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
