Irish Coffee Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. cornstarch
  • ΒΌ cup brown sugar packed
  • salt
  • 2 cup heavy cream
  • 1.5 oz. Irish cream liqueur
  • 1.5 oz. Irish whiskey
  • 1 cup hot brewed coffee
  • 1 tbsp whipped cream optional
  • Chocolate shavings for topping

Instructions

  1. Whisk cornstarch, sugar and salt together in a saucepan.
  2. Stir in the heavy cream.
  3. Bring the mixture to a bubble until thickened and smooth.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Mix together Irish cream and Irish whiskey.
  6. Pour coffee and mix.
  7. Pour in coffee mug.
  8. Top with chocolate shavings and whipped cream, if desired.
