Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp cornstarch
  • ¼ cup brown sugar, packed
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • oz Irish cream liqueur
  • oz Irish whiskey
  • 1 cup coffee, hot and brewed
  • 1 tbsp whipped cream, optional
  • Chocolate shavings, for topping

Instructions

  1. Whisk heavy cream, cornstarch, sugar, and salt together in a saucepan.
  2. Bring the mixture to a bubble until thickened and smooth. Remove from the heat.
  3. Mix together the Irish cream and Irish whiskey then pour coffee and mix.
  4. Pour in a coffee mug and top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings if desired. Serve and enjoy!
