How To Make Crockpot Banana Pudding
A simple banana pudding recipe that only needs minimal effort and a slow-cooker to bring out the yummy flavor and chunky texture.
Ingredients
- 2 cans sweetened condensed milk
- 4 bananas
- ½ cup butter, softened
- 2 eggs, large
- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup milk
To serve:
- ice cream, of choice
- whipped cream
Instructions

Mash the peeled bananas using a fork or a masher in a mixing bowl. Set aside.

In a bowl, mix in the butter, milk, vanilla, and condensed milk.

Beat in your eggs with the mixture, adding it one at a time.

Add in your mashed bananas and continue beating.

Gradually add your baking soda and flour to the mixture.

Pour into the slow cooker and cook it on Low heat for 3 to 4 hours. Give it a quick stir from time to time.

Pour into a casserole or serving dish and let it chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
