Ingredients
- 8 oz chocolate cookies
- 5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions

Crush the chocolate cookies in a food processor and mix in melted butter until well combined.

Press the mixture evenly into a 9-inch pie dish and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

In a large bowl, beat the heavy cream until soft peaks form.

Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract and continue to beat until stiff peaks form.
