How To Make Double Chocolate Cookies
Delicious and indulgent double chocolate cookies that are perfect for any chocolate lover.

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add in the egg and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Stir in the semisweet chocolate chips and white chocolate chips.

Drop tablespoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set and the centers are slightly soft.

Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
