How To Make Green Tea Mochi Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 1 cup glutinous rice flour
- 3 tablespoons green tea powder
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- Cornstarch, for dusting
- 4 scoops of your favorite ice cream
Instructions

In a bowl, combine glutinous rice flour, green tea powder, and sugar. Mix well.

Add water gradually while stirring until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

Transfer the mixture to a microwavable dish and cover it with plastic wrap.

Microwave on high for 2 minutes, then remove from microwave and stir the mixture.

Return to the microwave and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the mixture becomes thick and sticky.

Allow the mixture to cool slightly and then dust a clean surface with cornstarch.

Transfer the mochi dough onto the cornstarch-dusted surface and knead it until smooth and elastic.

Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and flatten each portion with your hands.

Place a scoop of ice cream in the center of each portion and wrap the mochi around the ice cream, sealing it tightly.

Repeat with the remaining dough and ice cream.

Place the mochi ice cream balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze for at least 2 hours or until firm.
