- 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons za’atar spice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 lemon, sliced
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, za’atar spice, salt, and pepper.

Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish and brush them with the za’atar mixture, coating both sides.

Arrange the lemon slices on top of the chicken.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is crispy.
