  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons za’atar spice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 lemon, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, za’atar spice, salt, and pepper.

  3. Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish and brush them with the za’atar mixture, coating both sides.

  4. Arrange the lemon slices on top of the chicken.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is crispy.

  6. Serve hot.
