- 250g cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp matcha green tea powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup milk
- Graham cracker crust
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and prepare the graham cracker crust in a 6-inch springform pan.

In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.

Add the eggs, one at a time, and mix well after each addition.

In a separate small bowl, whisk together the matcha green tea powder and milk until smooth.

Add the matcha mixture, vanilla extract, and flour to the cream cheese mixture. Mix until well combined.

Pour the batter onto the prepared crust and smooth the top with a spatula.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 35 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.

Remove from the oven and let it cool completely at room temperature. Then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Once firm, remove the cheesecake from the pan, slice, and serve.
