How To Make Liam’s Brownie Sundae
Decadent chocolate brownies served warm with vanilla ice cream, drizzled in hot fudge sauce, whipped cream and sprinkles.

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- Vanilla ice cream
- Hot fudge sauce
- Whipped cream
- Sprinkles
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 8×8 inch baking dish.

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar until well combined. Add in eggs, one at a time, and vanilla extract. Mix until batter is smooth.

Gradually fold in dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Fold in chocolate chips.

Pour batter into prepared baking dish and smooth the surface.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Allow brownies to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Serve brownies with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, hot fudge sauce, whipped cream, and sprinkles.
