Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp of onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 head of romaine lettuce, washed and chopped
  • 1/4 cup of Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • Croutons, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a shallow dish, combine the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Dip each chicken breast into the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring it is fully coated.

  4. Place the coated chicken breasts onto a greased baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through and crispy.

  5. In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and grated Parmesan cheese. Toss until well coated.

  6. Slice the cooked chicken breasts into strips and place them on top of the Caesar salad.

  7. Garnish with croutons.

  8. Serve the Caesar salad with crispy chicken immediately.
