How To Make Chia Seed Pudding with Berries Recipe
This creamy and delicious chia seed pudding is layered with fresh berries for a healthy and refreshing treat.

Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut (optional)
Instructions

In a medium bowl, whisk together almond milk, chia seeds, honey/maple syrup, and vanilla extract.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight) to allow chia seeds to absorb the liquid and thicken the pudding.

Once pudding has thickened, spoon a layer of pudding into serving cups.

Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the pudding.

Repeat layering until all pudding and berries are used.

Sprinkle shredded coconut on top (optional).
