Ingredients

  • 1 box of chocolate cake mix
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/3 cup of vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 Butterfinger® candy bars, crushed
  • 1 container of whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup of chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to the temperature specified on the cake mix box.

  2. Grease and flour a cake pan.

  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix well.

  4. Fold in half of the crushed Butterfinger® candy bars.

  5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.

  6. Bake according to the package directions, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

  7. Let the cake cool completely before frosting.

  8. Spread a layer of whipped cream on top of the cake.

  9. Sprinkle the remaining crushed Butterfinger® candy bars over the whipped cream.

  10. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top.

  11. Serve and enjoy!
