Ingredients
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- ¼ cup unsalted butter
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 cups quick-cooking oats
- ½ cup walnuts, or coconut, (optional)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa, butter, and milk. Bring to a boil for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls on waxed paper or foil.
- Let cool in the fridge or at room temperature before serving.
