How To Make Copycat Recipe For Red Robin’s California Chicken Burger

  • 1 sesame seed hamburger bun
  • 1 chicken breast fillet
  • 4 tsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 slices Monterey jack cheese
  • 1 slice hickory smoked bacon
  • 2 tomato slices
  • 4 slices dill pickle chips
  • 1/3 cup shredded lettuce
  • ¼ cup guacamole
  1. Begin by preheating your grill to medium heat.

  2. Once your grill is warmed up, grill the chicken for about 4-6 minutes per side.

  3. Now add 2 slices of Monterey jack cheese on top of the chicken to allow it to melt.

  4. Next, toast the bottom of the hamburger bun over medium heat. Afterward, spread mayonnaise on the top of the bun.

  5. Add the dill pickle chips on the bottom half of the bun followed by the chicken breast.

  6. Add a layer of tomatoes, bacon slices, guacamole, and shredded lettuce on top of the chicken (I personally like to add white onion and arugula, so feel free to add any other ingredients).

  7. Lastly, cover the sandwich with the other bun half and serve. Bon apetit!
