How To Make Winter Fruit Salad

This winter fruit salad is a hearty and colorful variety of refreshing fresh fruits tossed in a flavorful honey seed dressing for a tasty fruit dessert.

Ingredients

  • 3cupspineapplecubed
  • 1cupkiwispeeled, quartered, and sliced
  • 2cupsmandarin orangeor clementine segments
  • ½cuppomegranate arils
  • 3tbsplemon or lime juice
  • 3tbsphoney
  • 1tbsppoppy seeds
  • fresh mint leavesoptional garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the pineapple, kiwi, mandarin oranges, and pomegranate arils in a large bowl.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, honey, and poppy seeds.

  3. Pour the poppy seed dressing over the fruit and toss gently to coat.

  4. Garnish with mint leaves if desired.
