How To Make Steak Bites with Garlic Butter
Perfectly cooked sirloin steak cubes are the star of these steak bites. Slathered in a garlic-butter sauce, these are great as both a main and a side dish.

- 1¼lbssirloin steakcut into small cubes
- 1tbspolive oil
- 2tbspbutter
- 2tspgarlicminced
- saltto taste
- pepperto taste
- 1tbspparsleyminced
Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large pan over high heat. Season the steak with salt and pepper to taste.

Place the steak in the pan in a single layer. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown. Work in batches if needed.

Add the butter and garlic to the pan and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring to coat the meat in the sauce.

Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
