Rum-Soaked Grilled Pineapple Recipe

  • 1 pineapple peeled and cored
  • ¼ cup spiced rum
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp. butter


  1. Slice the pineapple in half lengthwise and then sliced lengthwise again. Cut into about 12 wedges.

  2. Mix the brown sugar and rum. Microwave the mixture for 1.5 minutes, making sure the sugar is dissolved.

  3. Brush the sugar-rum mixture over the pineapple wedges evenly.
  4. Heat the butter in a grill pan on medium-high heat.

  5. Grill the pineapple for 3 minutes per side.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
