Rum-Soaked Grilled Pineapple Recipe

This is a delicious treat to enjoy during the warm summer months with friends. While the rum-soaked fruit is tasty on its own, you can serve with vanilla ice cream for an added treat.

How To Make Rum Soaked Grilled Pineapple

  • 1 pineapple (peeled and cored)
  • ¼ cup spiced rum
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  1. Slice the pineapple in half lengthwise and then sliced lengthwise again. Cut into about 12 wedges.

  2. Mix the brown sugar and rum. Microwave the mixture for 1.5 minutes, making sure the sugar is dissolved.

  3. Brush the sugar-rum mixture over the pineapple wedges evenly.
  4. Heat the butter in a grill pan on medium-high heat.

  5. Grill the pineapple for 3 minutes per side.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
