Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup keto sweetener
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, sweetener, baking powder and salt.

Add in melted coconut oil, vanilla extract and egg to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

Fold in the sugar-free chocolate chips.

Using a cookie scoop, portion dough onto prepared baking sheet, flatten each ball slightly.

Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown around the edges.
