Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.

  3. Stir in Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, artichoke hearts, spinach, garlic, salt, and pepper.

  4. Spoon mixture into a 1-quart baking dish.

  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly. Serve warm with chips, crackers, or bread.
