  • 1cuplukewarm milk
  • ¼ozactive dry yeast,(2 pkg)
  • cupsall purpose flour
  • 6eggs
  • cupsromano cheese,grated
  • ¼cupbutter,melted

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, stir together milk and yeast; set aside.

  2. In a separate bowl, combine flour, eggs, yeast mixture, cheese, and butter; mix well.

  3. Spoon batter into 2 lightly greased 9×5-inch loaf pans. Let rise for about 60 minutes until doubled. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  4. Bake in preheated oven for 35 to 45 minutes, until golden brown and bottom of loaf sounds hollow when tapped.
