How To Make Easy Roman Cheese Bread

Made with romano cheese, milk, and eggs, amp up your baking game with this easy Roman cheese bread that's ready in an hour for a moist and dense dish.

Ingredients

  • 1cuplukewarm milk
  • ¼ozactive dry yeast,(2 pkg)
  • 2½cupsall purpose flour
  • 6eggs
  • 1½cupsromano cheese,grated
  • ¼cupbutter,melted

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, stir together milk and yeast; set aside.

  2. In a separate bowl, combine flour, eggs, yeast mixture, cheese, and butter; mix well.

  3. Spoon batter into 2 lightly greased 9x5-inch loaf pans. Let rise for about 60 minutes until doubled. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  4. Bake in preheated oven for 35 to 45 minutes, until golden brown and bottom of loaf sounds hollow when tapped.

  5. Serve and enjoy.
