How To Make Ham Steak Over Mixed Greens

For Ham Steak:
- 1lbham steak
- cooking spray
- ground black pepper,to taste
For Salad:
- 3tbspolive oil
- 1tbspdijon mustard
- 1tbsplemon juice
- 1tspchampagne vinegar
- ¼tspground black pepper
- 10ozmixed salad greens,(2 pkg)
- ⅓cupreduced-fat feta cheese,crumbled
Instructions
Ham Steak:

Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.

Coat ham steak on both sides with cooking spray; season with black pepper to taste.

Grill ham on preheated grill for 4 to 5 minutes per side until meat shows good grill marks. Cut ham into bite-size pieces.
Salad:

Whisk olive oil, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, champagne vinegar, and black pepper in a large bowl.

Toss mixed greens into dressing to coat. Divide salad onto 4 plates and top with ham and feta cheese.
