How To Make PHILADELPHIA Classic Cheesecake

- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 (8 oz) packages PHILADELPHIA cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 eggs
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and lightly grease a 9-inch springform pan.

In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Add the sugar and vanilla extract, and beat until well combined.

Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan. Smooth out the top with a spatula.

Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 60 minutes or until the center is set.

Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool completely in the pan. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

To serve, carefully remove the sides of the springform pan and slice the cheesecake into desired portions.
