This recipe makes a tasty and sweet dessert treat perfect for a Valentine's Day gift. The creamy vanilla swirls layered over the graham cracker crust is just so irresistible.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup chocolate graham crackers
  • 6 Tbsp butter, softened
  • 1 oz squares semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and butter.

  3. Mix well and press into the bottom of a springform pan.

  4. Bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes.

  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave chocolate until melted.

  6. Stir occasionally until chocolate is smooth.

  7. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until creamy and smooth.

  8. Blend in the eggs one at a time.

  9. Remove the cream cheese mixture and combine it with melted chocolate.

  10. Spread plain batter into the crust.

  11. Drop the chocolate mixture randomly over the top.

  12. With the tip of a knife, swirl the batter to create a marble effect.

  13. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until center is set.

  14. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight before serving.
