- 1 cup cooked pinto beans
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch round cake pan.

In a blender or food processor, blend the cooked pinto beans until smooth.

In a mixing bowl, combine the bean puree, flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil, eggs, vanilla extract, and milk.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until well combined.
