Ingredients
- 500g chicken, cut into pieces
- 2 tbsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, pureed
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions

Marinate the chicken with garam masala, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Let it sit for 10 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onions. Sauté until golden brown.

Add the tomato puree and cook until the oil separates.

Add the marinated chicken and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Reduce the heat, add yogurt, and cook for another 5 minutes.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or naan.
