How To Make Sausage Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
- 6 slices of bread, cubed
- 1 lb of breakfast sausage
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 tsp of dried mustard
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/4 tsp of black pepper
- 1/4 cup of sliced green onions
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.

In a large skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Remove from heat and drain any excess grease.

Spread the bread cubes evenly in the greased baking dish. Top with the cooked sausage and shredded cheese.

In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, dried mustard, salt, and black pepper. Pour the egg mixture over the bread, sausage, and cheese in the baking dish.

Sprinkle the sliced green onions on top of the casserole.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
