How To Make Instant Pot Cheesy Broccoli Rice

Ingredients
- 1 cup of long grain rice
- 2 cups of vegetable broth
- 1 cup of chopped broccoli
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.

In the Instant Pot, combine the rice, vegetable broth, chopped broccoli, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to manual high pressure for 8 minutes.

Once the cooking time is complete, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then carefully do a quick release.

Open the lid and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.

Serve the cheesy broccoli rice as a side dish or main course.
