Delicious and spicy loaded Chicken Nachos with buffalo sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of chicken breast, diced
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • ½ tsp of garlic powder
  • ½ tsp of smoked paprika
  • 1 cup of buffalo sauce, divided
  • 1 bag of tortilla chips
  • 2 cups of shredded cheese
  • ½ cup of chopped onions
  • ½ cup of chopped tomatoes
  • ½ cup of sour cream
  • ¼.

  • In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned.

  • Sprinkle garlic powder and smoked paprika on the chicken. Pour ½ cup of buffalo sauce into the pan and stir well. Cook for additional 2-3 minutes.

  • Spread tortilla chips in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Top with shredded cheese, cooked chicken, onions, and tomatoes.

  • Drizzle the remaining buffalo sauce over the nachos.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

  • Remove from oven and serve hot with dollop of sour cream and chopped fresh cilantro.
