  • 3 tbsp golden syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter, brown sugar, and golden syrup over low heat until smooth.

  3. Remove from heat and stir in the oats until well coated.

  4. Press the mixture into the prepared baking tray and smooth the top.

  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

  6. Allow to cool in the tray before cutting into squares.
