  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup Halloween themed sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.

  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter.

  3. Stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.

  4. Add the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix until smooth.

  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.

  6. Pour the batter into the greased baking dish and top with Halloween themed sprinkles.

  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with few crumbs.
