Ingredients
- 1 lb. beef sirloin, sliced thinly
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. mirin
- 2 tbsp. sake
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
- Green onions, sliced for garnish
Instructions

In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, mirin, sake, brown sugar, and cornstarch.

Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

Add beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

Pour in teriyaki sauce and let it simmer for 5-10 minutes until the sauce has thickened and coated the beef.

Serve hot with sesame seeds and sliced green onions for garnish.
